Homeopaths Without Borders Launches Teaching Program
For Nursing Students in Haiti

Following up on the positive response to its initial introductory seminar on homeopathy in September for nursing students at the University of Notre Dame in Port-au-Prince, Homeopaths Without Borders has initiated a program leading to certification in conjunction with the American Medical College of Homeopathy in Phoenix.

Approximately 120 nursing students attended the lecture in November, responding eagerly to the first aid homeopathy instruction presented by Project Coordinator Dr. Lauri Grossman, Lisette Narragon and Sally Tamplin, volunteers for this fifth HWB mission to Haiti.

While continuing our commitment to treat the children and staff at St. Vincent’s School for Handicapped Children, HWB is focusing on the need to create health care independence among the Haitian people. The goal is to train members of the medical community to become practitioners of homeopathy.

Volunteers will be returning in January, February and March 2011 to continue the certification program. The cost of textbooks and other supplies are beyond the means of the students in this poor country.
We need your financial assistance to carry out this important mission.PLEASE HELP!
